McLuhan Photoshop final

The medium is the message by McLuhan is all about automation, his ideas where way beyond his time. Today the real message of media is ubiquity. The medium I choose to talk about is Youtube. Before Youtube was around it was pretty much impossible for people to share videos to the vast people that can view them all over the world now. Its more than sharing videos however, it’s about sharing ones ideas, views, creations. Before Youtube, regular Joe had to go to school for years, be noticed by someone important, been lucky enough to get a chance to show what he could do, to share his ideas or talents with the world. Now anyone can do that and you can reach millions of people with one click of your mouse.  People can upload their own talk shows, personal reviews about products, short movies that they have made, really anything you want to share with the world you can upload onto Youtube. Youtube, has automated personal connectivity to the masses.
